Japanese pork katsu curry π step by step
- Prepare 3 plates, flour, egg(beaten) and breadcrumbs. Dust your porkchops with flour, then place your pork chops on to the egg plate, try to covered it all in egg then transfer to breadcrumbs department..
- On medium heat pan or wok add cooking oil in for about 2-3 min then add your pork in. Fried on both side until golden and crisp. Take them out and cut them into small slices..
- Making sauce by put all the katsu curry sauce ingredients on the saucepan.
- Add some tomato pastw, honey, soysauce and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Use hand blender to blend the sauce together..
- Serve with thin slices cabbage, sushi rice... yum.
